• Just as Vincent Van Gogh’s “Almond Blossoms” was influenced by his love of Japanese ukiyoe woodblock prints, the spirit of Japanese cuisine and its quest to bring out the best in seasonal ingredients inspire our interpretation of the Chinese culinary art and its mastery of oriental spices. We call our original cuisine “Tokyo Chinese” – irresistible delicious flavor, born of the marriage of two great culinary traditions. And like the bough with its countless almond blooms, we aspire to bring an endless selection of dishes blossoming with deliciousness.
