The Tekko Building has received the highest rating of 5 stars in the DBJ Green Building Certification program, earning particularly high scores in the areas of wellbeing and resilience.
On September 18, 2025, the Tekko Building was awarded the highest five-star rating under the DBJ Green Building Certification program (the office building version) by the Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ). This certification program comprehensively evaluates and certifies "environmentally and socially responsible real estate" as required by society and the economy based on a holistic evaluation that includes not only environmental performance but also disaster prevention and contributions to the community. The five-star rating received this time places the Tekko Building among the top approximately 10 percent of all properties nationwide eligible for the certification, recognizing it as an “environmentally and socially responsible” building.
